Stock is never just one number.
Sellable, reserved, in transit, frozen and on-book are kept apart. Your stores see the sellable figure, so one unit is never sold twice. Choose the moment stock is held.
Batches and expiry are tracked too: the soonest-to-expire goes out first, and expired or on-hold stock is frozen automatically.

Pick lists follow the shelf order and name the batch to take. Scan each piece: a wrong barcode is stopped at once, and the label unlocks only when the last piece is in. Rates come from your own carrier accounts, so the cheapest contract price is already on the label.

Common questions
What is StockFlow and who is it for?
StockFlow is inventory, invoicing and fulfilment software for Australian multi-channel sellers: store orders, stock, GST Tax Invoices, rate comparison on your own carrier accounts and scan-to-pack in one system. It suits small sellers and wholesalers who sell on eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce and similar channels and hold their own stock.
Which stores and carriers does it connect to?
Live today: eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce, Temu and SHEIN stores, and Aramex, Australia Post (eParcel), CouriersPlease and TNT carrier accounts. Amazon, TikTok Shop, Etsy, Catch and Trade Me are planned and not live yet.
Are the invoices valid for Australian GST?
StockFlow produces Tax Invoices in the format the ATO expects. GST is calculated from the product, category and warehouse rates and shown separately, and the PDF can be emailed straight away. The reconciliation CSV is grouped by account code so it imports into Xero or MYOB. It is not a bookkeeping package and does not replace your accountant.
Can I import my existing products and stock?
Yes. Products and stock can be imported in bulk from Excel or CSV files.
Can I connect several stores at once?
Yes. One platform can hold several accounts, for example two eBay stores and three Shopify sites, and orders flow into the same workspace.
Can I use my own carrier accounts?
Yes. Once your Aramex, TNT or AusPost account is connected, rates are compared live at your contract price and the label prints in the system.
How is overselling avoided?
A new order reserves stock first, then the sellable figure is synced to every channel. You choose whether reserving happens at order, payment, invoice or dispatch.
Are AI-written descriptions live yet?
Not yet. It is in development and marked Coming Soon. Registered users are told first when it goes live.
How are costs calculated?
Tiers are billed monthly (annual billing costs ten months) and include a monthly order allowance; extra orders are A$0.02 each. Storage, packing and freight are billed as they occur, and every line is visible in the back office.
How does StockFlow relate to Plus1 group buying?
Plus1 is the community group-buying platform from the same team. Group leaders and wholesalers who link Plus1 can sync stock with StockFlow, and linked merchants get half-price StockFlow paid tiers.
